Here is a breakdown for application deadlines and the application fees that go along with them. All of this information can be found on www.applytexas.org.
Pay close attention to these deadlines as the university has set them for a reason. If you are late, you are late and that's that. |
Want to reduce the cost of college??
We offer 2 programs that allow students to earn college credits while they are still in high school: Advanced Placement (AP) and Dual Credit. College Board's AP program allows students to earn college credits through examination. Universities also use AP scores as an admissions tool. Information about the AP program can be found by clicking the button below or by visiting your school counselor. Dual Credit gives students the opportunity to earn college credits from Northwest Vista College while attending classes on the Brandeis campus. Information about the Dual Credit program can be found by clicking the button below or visiting with Mrs. Faison in the CCC. Deadline to apply for the Dual Credit program is February 13th!!! |
Many of us know what college we want to go to and what major we will decide on
well before we leave the halls of our beloved Brandeis High School, but for some
there is more research involved. In the career center, you are able to
research about colleges you might be interested in as well as particular majors
that catch your interest. Throughout the year there are many college
representatives that visit our campuses and educate us about their particular
school. There are also many books in the career center that contain that
same information if you are unable to visit with those college representatives
during your lunch period. You can also visit careercrusing.com and answer a list of
questions and will produce results of careers you might be interested in, majors at colleges that pertain to those careers, scholarships you might be eligible for and so much more! The resources out there are endless, but it is my job to point you to the right ones and provide you with whatever information I can to help you make your ultimate decision.
